By downloading, installing, or using Family Concierge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Family Concierge is a family organization app that helps you manage calendars, meal plans, tasks, and more. The app uses AI to process information you provide and offer intelligent suggestions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of family organization. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Family Concierge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Family Concierge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
